Information you choose to provide

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, and the type of website help you need. You may also provide your existing website and project details. Please do not include patient, medical, payment card, or other sensitive information.

How inquiry information is used

Your information is used to review your project, respond to you, and coordinate any work you choose to discuss. Inquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet, with durable copies on the website server to support reliable receipt and retries. Zapier uses saved inquiries to send the business owner email alerts through Gmail and brief SMS alerts. These services process the information needed for those functions. Your information is not sold or used to enroll you in marketing messages.

Website tracking

This website does not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The inquiry form does not save your contact information in browser storage. If you choose to load the live Blain Co. preview, your browser connects to blainco.org; that site’s privacy practices and any trackers apply inside the preview. The preview does not load before your request. The website host may maintain technical logs to operate and protect its services.

Email Jason if you would like to ask about, correct, or request removal of information you submitted. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive information.
